Materials
End-grain white oak blocks, joined with food-safe adhesive, 40 × 28 cm and 35 mm thick, with a routed juice groove and four rubber feet.
Care
Hand wash warm and stand it on edge to dry. Never in the dishwasher, never left flat in a wet sink — that is how a board cups. Oil with food-grade mineral oil whenever the surface starts to look dry.
